Georgi Derluguian’s Keynote address, “The Armenian Anomaly,” is now available online. Derluguian gave the presentation at the PONARS Eurasia workshop, “Building States and Nations in Turbulent Contexts,” held in Yerevan on November 8-9, 2018, in partnership with Yerevan State University and Russian-Armenian University.
