Чи знижувати 5% бар’єр?

Головний аргумент "за" – можливість проходження нових сил.



Ще один – це ціна, яку доведеться заплатити різним мажоритарникам і "регіоналам" (у більшості випадків – формально вже колишнім, таким як партія ім. Льовочкіна, тобто ПРУ, "прушники") за те, щоб голосували за зміни до виборчого закону.


Головний аргумент "проти", відповідно, від зворотнього. 5% бар'єр не долають ні Партія регіонів, ні комуністи, ні партія ім. Льовочкіна. Зникають можливості проходження крайніх радикалів різних кольорів, якихось маргінальних, але крикливих сил.



"Громадянська позиція" і "Свобода", за результатами останніх опитувань, мені видається, проходять.



Звичайно, виникають проблеми для тих сил, які після Майдану, претендують (часто справедливо) на представлення у парламенті. Я б, наприклад, хотів, щоб був у парламенті "Демальянс". Але навіть у Києві, він ледь подолав 3% бар'єр. Вихід може бути в об'єднанні з іншими подібними силами ("Воля", "Самопоміч", "Нове життя", "Праві"), бо їх багато, і всі конкурують на одному полі. Тож треба долати амбіції і об'єднуватися. Тут, звичайно, питання, чи дозволять блоки.
